One problem is that Valuebound doesnt seem to care about their customers. Theyre just here to make money. If you dont like what youve seen leave it there and start another project. servicesI have had two negative experiences with company valuebound.com. The first was when I couldnt get my website to load on their platform because I was using their product engineering services. They were able to help me out and send someone elses software to try so I could have a look at it. The second experience was more recently when they didnt offer me the customer service I needed to get my story taken care of. Im sorry to hear that you not only dont work for company valuebound.com but you also dont seem to be happy working there either.
