Vanadis, Review Specifics:
I am not happy with Vanadis.es. I have been using this company for a while and have always had a positive experience. However this time was different. The service has been negative. The myAccounts are down and I have to go through an agent multiple times to get a response. I also received aironadao819s email update today which is supposed to have been sent on Monday but wasnt. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if the issue is with Vanadis.es or something about this current service.

Im not sure what the problem is but Ive been using Vanadis for about a year now and Ive never had such trouble with it. The app is constantly freezing up and having no idea why. Ive tried different heal levels and nothing works. Ive also been told that it might be a result of my location or the way Im traveling from. Overall Im very disappointed in Vanadis and the customer service has been terrible.
