The customer service representative I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and pushy and the entire experience left me feeling unhappy and discouraged. Additionally the website themselves were quite outdated and difficult to use. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I applied for their service they required me to provide my social security number and other personal information that was impossible to gather from just looking online. After I provided this information they told me that my application would take several weeks to process. In reality it took months And when it finally did processed the service was nowhere near effective. It was so frustrating because I had invested a lot of money into this system and now Im out thousands of dollars altogether. Avoid this company if you can

I have tried out some of the services offered by Vanguard and was very disappointed. I decided to give up on this business in early stages and was immediately experiencing significant negative effects such as increased energy levels and also poor Immunewest results. Not only that but I was getting letters from company headquarters Vanguard asking me to re-submit my applications because they were receiving too few responses from others. Overall I am very unhappy with the current situation and would not recommend this business to anyone.
