Services is the worst We have had to change our entire system 3 times already because of incompetence from Varay. I would not recommend them to anyone.Weve had a lot of problems with Varay so far - our first system was hacked and we had to change it within a day and our second one just went offline for no reason after being used for over a month. This company is nothing but incompetents - theyre always messing up and its really frustrating because we cant even do anything about it because they wont fix their own systems.

I had to call them multiple times because they were not fulfilling my requests for information or support. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Services is a complete waste of your time and moneyI would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do. I was quoted 975 for a managed IT service that Turned out to be nothing more than a waste of my time and money. Do not bother with Varay their services are shoddy at best and will likely leave you disappointed.

Services is a company that specializes in Managed IT Services and IAMs. We are a company that has been in the business for many years and have done a great job at this point. However there are some customers who have made it very clear that they do not want our services and we are sorry for our part in their experience. This user seems to be very unhappy with the service they receive from Varay Managed IT Services. They were previously certain that they were looking for an IAM solution as part of their managed environment but now find that their requests for help are alwaysbullying instead of just one particular problem. They feel like they are being force to go through another project at his or her own risk and cant believe that the company is only willing to work on problems offi cese he has been working on for myself or three years already.
