The service is terrible and the people who work there are even worse. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be treated poorly and get nothing but trouble from them.

I got my contract with them only to find out that they cancelled it without giving me any notice so I had to go through the whole process all over again. First of all the support team was very unhelpful and unyielding. They were also quite condescending and rude. Secondly the prices were incredibly high compared to other services Ive used in the past. Finally their delivery times were very slow.

Vector Choice does not provide effective or reliable services which may cause significant problems for their clients.I have had negative experiences with Vector Choice during my time with them. First I was told that they would be able to help me get my computer back on track after it crashed but instead they only managed to make the situation worse by trying to fix it without taking apart the computer. Second I asked them to do something about a slow internet connection and instead they just recommended a new service. Third I had difficulty getting someone on the phone who could help me fix some issues with my email client and chat client - both of which I use frequently. Finally when I made an appointment to come see them about my sons school supplies - Vector Choice required three separate appointments before finally sending someone out to look at our materials once we had made two other appointments In all honesty these were just

The customer service was terrible they were like We dont know what to do we dont know what to do. I had to tell them multiple times that my computer already was delivered to my house. They didnt seem to care or understand that I paid for a computer and they were just doing their job. Overall Ive had decent luck but I wouldnt recommend Vector Choice to anyone.
