"I Have Had Two Relationships With This Company And I"

I have had two relationships with this company and I can say that it was a total disaster. The first time I had to fight for hours to get my name on a product and then the next day when I finally received it the stickers were taken off and there was a whitey digital sticker on top of the packaging that said This Item is out of Stock. I called customer service and they did not answer their phone but took care of someone who said she would call back. Then after she called back they did what they do best and took care of me. They are definitely not into customer service and this company is just a waste of their time and theirs.Ive had times where they have been very slow in getting your information through to you or where you dont receive anything in e-mail due to them putting up a digital whitey sticker saying something like This Item is out of Stock without also including their contact information. ALSO THEY CANNOT

I just got out of my first money back guarantee so Im not the most confident in what I wanted. The website is sagging and the customer service is terrible. I had to call them up and get ahold of someone that knew something about home vector graphics and they were very slow in getting back to me. Then I had to send a email asking for a return and it was like read only 1 time for vectorgrey.com. So frustrating because youve been happy with your purchase.
