This company is a total RIPOFF I ordered two Vectros and was promised that my order would ship within 24 hours. I received an email the next day saying my order had shipped but there was no tracking number. When I asked customer service about this they said that since it had been such a long time since my last purchase they couldnt track it either. In fact the only thing they could tell me was that my order had not arrived. They also said that even though Im more than likely never going to use their services again because of this debacle they would still send me money back because of how much money I spent on these things. Do not bother with this company

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I called to order a Vectro IT Networks Home and was told that it would be arriving in about 2 weeks. The next day I received an email notification that my order had been placed but no tracking number was given. I emailed customer service and asked for the tracking number and they said they couldnt provide one because it wasnt part of their policy. They also said that the order hadnt even shipped yet This is a scam so dont go through this company

Vectro-Networks is a terrible company. I have had to use them for years to fix internet issues with my workgroup server. They are not and have never been reliable. If there is anything wrong with the product they can only do so much about it.

I have had two issues with this company in the past few months. 1 Ive had to send more than 100 worth of products back to get a refund because they couldnt find the problem 2 Ive had to change my phone number and re-upgrade to a higher level of security so that the company couldt track me down. Not good when youre trying to use the companys services.
