I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional. I called to ask about a placement for a new data terminal and she told me it was already taken. I asked her how could that be since the call went through She said Its because theyre out of space. What the hell is she talking about This company needs to be shut down.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I never had a great experience with customer service. I dont think anyone in the company does anything well when it comes down to customer service. All they do is give you Valleyesian answers to your questions and some other similar thing. Its not exciting or helpful and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and can tell you that they are absolutely terrible. Start by referring them to your friends and family as they will be the best bet for finding someone to work with your IT staff. Now in terms of employment he or she should be able to identify a time where they sat on their hands due to lack ofidates or even no candidates at all. And when it comes to interviews he or she should be looking for anywhere from 50-100 success rates. In other words if you want something done referred them to me first and Ill try to get it done. Vega Consulting Solutions is not worth the money youll spend on them.
