velocitynetwork.net is a terrible company. They are not in the business of providing cybersecurity experts but instead focus onproviding IT services to MSPs. I contacted them about my concerns about their website and they did nothing to help me. The website is very outdated and does not appear to be current with the latest security threats. Additionally their customer service was TERRIBLE I would not recommend this company to anyone.

velocitynetwork.net is a terrible company. The employees are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. They offer very little in the way of cybersecurity services and their VoIP service is quite unreliable. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened this email to see if anyone has a solution to this problem. Unfortunately our company Velocity Network is currently under new management and all of the information is current through their latest version. All MSPs should be aware that their technology are being assessed by Microsoft forpotential applicationllorization. Im not sure what you could do about it but some people might want to consider using a O2O service likeandhave them do an independent review of your companys IT services to make sure that they are up to date on recent trends and developments. Were sorry for the inconvenience but we recommend using either our O2O service or one of the other MSPs mentioned below.
