I absolutely hated Venti Web Design and Development The work was incredibly slow and the entire process was very bizarre. There were constant changes to the project schedule and there was no communication at all between the designers and developers. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I have never had such terrible customer service. They said they would not be able to do anything because I did not have the right code. Then after about 5 phone calls back and forth with them I finally found the right code and they said it was too late. The whole experience was a nightmare.

From the start they were unprofessional and did not have what you would expect from a business of this quality. They did not work with the original source writer who had warned them about some of the properties that she wanted included and also did not properly test their products or ideas. In fact they completely failed to meet their promise to give users a the best web site possible. venti.codes then gave him a bad reputation for being honest and giving people what they need without paying him first.
