is the best company to deal with when it comes to computer support. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they always go out of their way to help you out. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of help with their computers.I have been a customer of Veracity Technologies for about two years now and have never had a bad experience. Every time I contact them they are quick to respond and are always willing to help out. They also have a great attitude which makes working with them very pleasant. But if youre not happy with their work dont bother calling them you wont be satisfied with their results either. They provide terrible customer service and if you have to deal with them be prepared to be frustrated and angry.

Customer service is something they are passionate about and they take care in ensuring that their customers feel like they are their top priority.The customer service I received was terrible. The lady who took my call was extremely slow in getting to me and she didnt seem to understand how the system worked. She said that I needed to change my password but when I asked her what the process was she told me it would cost 5 to change my password and it would be ready in just minutes. She also mentioned that there were some issues with my computer and she would try to address them as soon as possible. When I contacted customer service again after the first call they were still not able to get into touch with me and said that there might be another day for which I could expect nothing or a charge. Id give them a D instead of a star because customer service should never rely on charges and you
