I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Verity Group. I rented a printer from them and after only a few months of use the printer stopped printing all different types of paper. The customer service representative who I spoke to said that it was because the company was too new and they hadnt had time to get their bearings yet. Needless to say this wasnt an impressed experience - definitely wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Dont use this company.Unless you want your prints ruined. They will not do anything to help you fix the damage they did while printing and then charge you for it. Do not bother using this company if you want your prints to look good and be reliable

Im not sure what I expected from Verity Group but I wasnt expecting terrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful and when I asked her about a print job that had already been done she said it would cost me an arm and a leg to get it done. In the end the job didnt even go through because the company wouldnt honor their warranty. Save your time and money - dont use this company

I have had two jobs at Verity Group and both times been unhappy. The first job was terrible because the representative from company verity-group.com did not seem to understand how our process works. He was always trying to beansky customer service type of person and it got me started in the business. The second job was much better but it was still a nightmare. The representative from company verity-group.com was still trying to be a customer service type of person and he would call me every howdy whenever he could. I finally got him to stop calling me howdy and they were able to get a newer phone number for him. Overall I have had two bad experiences at Verity Group and I do not recommend them anyone.
