VERMASYSTEMS.COM IS A TOTAL RIPOFF I AGREE WITH THE OTHER REVIEWERS THAT THEY ARE FAILING TO GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAY FOR. MY EXPERIENCE WITH VERMASYSTEMS WAS ABSURDLY BAD. FIRST OF ALL WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT MY INCIDENT I WAS TOLD THAT THE SERVICE WOULD BE OUT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. BUT NOON THE NEXT DAY WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM AN AUTHORIZED VermaSystems Rep who claimed THAT THE SERVICE WOULD NOT BE OUT FOR 2 HOURS OR SO - IN FACT IT ARRIVED AFTER MIDNIGHT WHEN WE ASKED WHY OUR SERVICE DIDNT STILL EXPECTED TO COME OUT UNTIL 7 PM THAT NIGHT VERMA SYSTEMS REP SAID WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT - REALLY IF VERMA SYSTEMS

I just opened a negative review of company Verma Systems Inc. After spending weeks researching and writing its exactly what I needed to do based on the information I was given. Our IT company is currently in the middle of a data breach which many of our customers were directly impacted by. We are now out of a customer for two weeks because people are looking to take advantage of any deal they can find that will let them take their data off his or her computer without having to go through the normal process. Absolutely terrible experience and something that should not be tolerated in any way.

However there have been some problems with their service that have made me give them a negative review. The main issue is that they provide no support even when things start to go wrong.
