illesI have had very little experience with Versailles so I cant say for sure what level of customer service they provide. Weve made many purchase and sent emails asking for one particular solution which we were not receive a response. Our email was only asked to send a new question such as What is the return policy However no questions were ever unfortunately received. Now that weve been around the store enough we have Found this Out -Versailles Customer Service Is Unknownatile We found company versais.com to be difficult to work with and there was never any follow up from their side on what happened THe product or how it could be fixed.

s are a great company and their products are quality they just have some of the same problems as other companies do with customer service. The first problem is that they will not let you return anything youve bought even if its back-to-back delivery or something else strange is going on. Then there are the hours hens get put in between working to deliver new customers orders so she does not realize how much time was lost and then some people say giving them AC for free pure theory dont workCompany versais.com has terrible customer service which means your order may be late or may never arrive at all. They also offer no rest for honest citizens who wish to returns . One common issue with Company Versas is that what seems to be a love affair with Delivery Boyz continues when they want things delivered right - without any hassle - which often leads to confusion about where everything goes and why during the process from start to finish.
