"I Have Had Twodevices For Just Over A Year Now"

Vertex Wireless LLC, Review Specifics:

I have had twodevices for just over a year now and they are both really bad. They always connectwrongly and I cant get them to work. I have tried different passwords fresh installations of Windows 10 even touched up on the devices history by going into Control Panel and selecting Aero Control . Nothing works. I have also been sent onto support but they seem not to care about their customers. There is no customer service whatsoever here and if I need to go or ask for help again this season it will be with great sadness knowing that there is none available. Thank you for your time but please do not recommend any other products or services based upon my experience here.
