I have never dealt with this company before and am extremely disappointed. First of all the website is very poorly designed and confusing. Second of all the prices are ridiculous compared to other home improvement companies out there. Thirdly the shipping process was absolutely terrible. Finally the entire experience was quite frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive been a customer of VerticalSol for over two years now and I can say that they are an awful company. The first time I made an order they charged me twice the amount of what I expected and then didnt send the product I ordered at all. Then when I contacted them about it they said it would be a few days before my order shipped because its in stock. However when I finally received my product it was defective - there were major flaws with the design which showed throughout the entire product. In addition to this their customer service is absolutely terrible. They never answer your questions or take any responsibility for their mistakes. Overall do not bother using this company - they will only disappoint you more than once

I had a terrible experience with Vertical Sol. The company is in the business of selling home Equity Loans which are highly interest-bearing and have high monthly payments. I found their website to be extremely misleading and annoying as it makes it difficult to find what youre looking for. Furthermore their customer service was absolutely terrible. They were very unhelpful and did not seem to care about their customers satisfaction. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

VerticalSol is a terrible company. I have been using their site for just over two years and to date have been extremely unhappy with the results. You can not just increase your content or improve your website you have to be correct and true to your source material. I have tried every single day of my life and still havent managed to hit my target audience. I am current working on improvement of mine own site and would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

They do not show anybenevolent activity on their account nor does it seem like they are going to changehis or her location. I have even had to cancel our insurance policy with them. Huey E Colley Vertical Sol is a terrible company that uses up valuable resources such as time and energy needed to keep an online business running saidHorace Stoddart co-founder and CEO of Vertical Sol. He added that he has never seen such unethical behavior from anyone at this company.Ive had people call me and say that theyre going to leave in droves if Vertical Sol doesnt start providing help for their verticals said Stoddard.Theyre using up valuable resources and its getting pretty repetitive.
