I have been a customer of verticomm for about 5 years now and I have never had a better experience The entire team is so helpful and responsive always willing to help out with whatever I need. They always go out of their way to make sure that my security needs are taken care of even if they dont necessarily have the answer to my question. Their prices are really good too which is always a bonus. I highly recommend verticomm to anyone looking for quality IT services at a good price

Do not use this company They are terrible at security and dont understand the concept of customer service. I had to call them multiple times to get my issue fixed and it always ended up going back to their desk because they couldnt find it in their system. Save your money and go another route.
