"I Was This Companys Potential Customer"
VertitechIT, Inc., Review Specifics:
I was this companys potential customer when I started using their software for my work. But quickly after getting more experience with their software I realized that the tracking wasnt working very well and required much effort to do anything. In fact most of the time it would just keep freezing up as well. So I decided to try out a different software that was supposed to track better instead. And although Pixel Health gave me some good insights on how best to improve its system it also became much harder to follow along with them because of all the menu items and buttons obsessionally displayed on every runnable window.
