computer softwareI have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a software update and they told me there was no update available because it was out of their control. Then when I asked what the problem was they said that the update couldnt be found because my computer had been infected by some virus. Finally after telling them multiple times that I needed an update for a specific application and wouldnt take no for an answer they agreed to send me one but only if I paid for it first. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money - avoid them at all costs

vertosoft.com is a company that provides software for purchase from the web. They offer a wide range of software including e-commerce websites word processing spreadsheet and other software. However Ive had several problems with their software and they have not been resolved quickly or easily. Additionally the customer service is terrible - they are always slow to help and their average reaction time is only about half way through an issue with their software as compared to other companies I have worked with. So I would highly recommend against using Vertosoft.

much to the chagrin of user VertOSoftVertosoft is a company that has for years been providing software development tools and support for front-end developers. However over the past year or so their customer service has fallen by the wayside. I have had to call them up 3 times now to get my account started and its always been so easy to get an answer but then again this was before they started requiring all users to have a mailsMAN account in order to even start creating new accounts.Ive had to switch back to other providers now because I dont want to keep gettingasked how I can get my vertorps soft tnx for big picture views. Most of the time its just not worth the hassle.
