I have had to call them multiple times because they did not get my email notifications or they were not able to process my order quickly enough. Do not use this company if you want your technical support experience to be a disaster

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY MISleading ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IN THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN REGISTER AS A VIA TEAM ADMINISTRATOR BUT WHEN YOU FIRST VIEW THE PAGE THEY REFRAIN FROM SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEN AFTER REGISTERING THEY TELL YOU TO FILL OUT A FORM TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO YOUR STREAMS AND DIGITAL CONTENT. BUT WHEN YOU DO THAT THEY CONFIRM THAT THERE IS NO ACCESS NOW AND YET THEY ARE MAKING US PAY FOR IT BECAUSE WE DID NOT REALIZE THAT BEFORE ABSOLUTELY NONSENSE

I recently worked with this company via-technical.com and I could not be more disappointed with what I found. The customer service was cold and unprofessional. They did not seem to understand how to help me or even common procedure. I had to constantly ask the support staff for help and they never responded. My account was then banned from their platform due to my interactions with them. Overall I am very sorry for what I found and will not be returning to this company.The company ishad been bad use at your own riskThis bad user review is in connection with a recent issue which is being experienced by many customers of this company. They are having difficulty with their accounts being banned because they took up space in the platforms banlist due to their reviews and ratings of the companys products. However as of right now the only thing going for these customers is their faith in the system - after all its just a business model

I just started working with VIA team and was so impressed with the organization and technical support that I then decided to move up to business Administration. I have never had as much trouble with my password as I have now. Every time I would try to access my account there would be a long message about how to make change or correct the password. But no change was made even though I had an email from customer service telling me that they would get back to me right away about the problem. So I took a walk around their office and you can actually see the computer systems security key on every desk At this point I gave up and left.This company is terrible at customer service and should not be in business.
