I was this customer for 2 months and I never received my order. I contacted the customer service and they said that there was a problem with my order and to send a new one. So I did and then sent a new order but it didnt come back up again. Im really disappointed in company via-trm.com.The company provides no sense of professionalism or customer service. It is positive however for those who wish to buy products or services through them.

I found this company to be very user friendly and efficient. They offer a great variety of tasks and tools that can help you get started quickly. However I have had some bad experiences with them which I have mentioned in my negative reviews. 1 They have a one-size-fits-all approach to helping people without taking into account the individuals specific needs. This has often lead to people not being able to find what they are looking for even after using their best efforts. 2 Their services are usually paid for so there is no control over how and when services are delivered - meaning that users may not get what they expect as their expectations may be based on free things such as commissionbased services. 3 They often do not use the word bad enough. In my opinion these three experiences make company via-trm.com ratings within this website lower than ideal because they amount of bad comments reflect poorly run and well managed company which is now looking for a new
