I tried to use Vic.ai for the first time and it was very difficult to get started. I had to create an account and then enter in all of my information. Then I had to select a project. After doing that it said I needed a vic.ai key before I could start working on the project. The key didnt even exist

I have had a terrible experience with Vic.ai. The company is in the business of Autonomy and Intelligence for Accounting and Finance which they promise to deliver world-class services. In my opinion this is nothing more than an elaborate scam. Despite numerous attempts by me to communicate with the company representatives I never received any response back from them even after sending them multiple requests over email and phone. Furthermore their products are do not meet any of the promises made by Vic.ai - in fact they are quite inferior to comparable offerings from other companies in this field. Do not bother using this company - you will be sorry you did

I just wanted to let you know that I have had a few bad user reviews of company vic.ai and they are all false. I never wrote one but its seems like theyre always looking for new members input. So if you see one coming down the drain just ignore it and move on. Theres nothing personal against them but people who write negative reviews are definitely not getting ahead in this industry.

I just received my first pay check from Vic.ai I am really impressed with what we are doing there and the impact we have had on the way business is conducted in the accounting and finance industries. However there are several things that still need to be improved upon.The biggest issue right now is that we are still working on adding new features to our platform that need to be calibrated against how our users businesses work. Were confident that we can do better and I hope to hear more critiques in the near future about what others have done or said about our product.Overall Im very impressed with what were doing so far at Vic.ai its been a great help to me as an accountant and helped me understand some of the complexities of business works better for me now. But there are many things which still need to be improved upon so please let us know if youd like us to continue this action.
