ProcessingCompany Vidora.com is a horrible platform for data processing. I have had to contact their customer service multiple times to get my data processed and it has always been doing the impossible - every time I have been able to do something with my data like creating a blinded study but now they are saying that my data is not ready. For what I have had to pay them 5 per hour for their services and now they cant do anything with my data This is day one of a company that will make your data feel like its worth nothing just so you can charge more each month. Im not sure what this first issue is but it seems that Vidora.com isnt stable or seperate from its competitors well enough to have real-time advantages over them in terms of analysis. ProcessingI recently worked with this company and was very disappointed. The video editing software they used was terrible and made my computer feel like it was on a Haven excursion. They used a program called TensorFlow which is a very old technology and will soon be replaced by more modern ones. This company has no experience with that or with machine learning in general. To make matters worse their customer service was terrible too. They were slow to provide assistance and provided no support at all for their users. I would not recommend using this company to anyone.
