reviewsThis company is a complete ripoff. I ordered a dress from them and was very disappointed in the quality of the dress. The fabric was not at all what I expected. Also the sizing was way off which made it really uncomfortable to wear the dress. Overall this company is definitely not worth your time or money.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company from the beginning. The service is terrible and I have had to many problems with them. I have called and call them until I get through to the customer service line and they are unable to help me. Then they would give me a new account number and ever since then they have been having problems with their phone so much that I cant even see her without it. Just last night my phone rang just as I was sleeping and the number was back up again. Then it rang again and they were able to get through to the customer service line so I got put through to the girl who did the ringing. She said Oh shes gone now. So you can understand how I was feeling in the middle of all this - frustrated angry supportiveI do not recommend this company or their services

I have had two problems with Viffel. The first was when I could not access my account for a few days. I went to the support link and it was gone. I did a search on Google and found out that they have a blog and they are available there. I read the blog and it said to trust what their team says so I did a search on that as well. So now I trust that this is not a computer error and should not have happened. But it did and it was very frustrating.
