I just had to write a bad review of company vigilant-services.com. The site is thoroughly Beware because they are systemically awful Their computer systems are always online but their customer service isrouch and unhelpful. I have had to call them up multiple times since their inception and they are only able to be helpful in the first place because of her respond time which is incredibly slow. Overall its one big huge problem with thissite

Vigilant Services - IT Solutions for the Federal Government is a terrible business. I have been using their services for over two years and have never had aproblem. But this past month I had one of my computers intercepted by some kind of hacking attackand it was very difficult to get it fixed quickly. The people at company were couldnt do anything about it becauseit was in the public record.I would not recommend them to anyone
