I have had to call customer service multiple times because their services are not up to par and my account is now being cancelled as is my right to one. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from this company.

2019I just opened a review for this company and its a bad experience. Im not sure what the problem is but its not positive. I have been using company vigilanzcorp for over 10 years now and have never had a issue. But lately every time Ive used the software has required a new key which is always easy to find on website and the process has taken so long sometimes. Not to mention the service has been slow and sometimes I dont get any help from customer service.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
