I have had a terrible experience with Vihlix.com. The first time I used the website it was very slow and difficult to find what I was looking for. Shortly after that I received an email notification that my account had been suspended because of a violation of terms of service. I contacted customer support and explained my situation. They told me that they could not help me because my account had been suspended for violating their terms of service. They then informed me that I needed to contact the companys president in order to get my account reinstated. The president never responded to my messages or emails so I decided to close my account and complain about the whole experience online. Unfortunately this is just another example of how poorly Vihlixs customer support operates.

Ive had people take me apart and change the software on my computer because I wouldnt let them. Ive had people try to fix it and its not even working. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

and technologyI writing this in an attempt to help out company Vihlix. I have been a customer of theirs for quite some time and have always been satisfied with their products and service. However recent events have made me question my loyalty. First of all their customer service is terrible- they are always slow to provide feedback or help if they do. They also way too often ignore concerns or offers them from customers. Overall I believe that the company could use some more attention when it comes to its current state. I recently had the unfortunate experience of being a customer of Vihlixs. Initially the site was very user-friendly and organized - sheing to work with innovation and technology to make using Health Ecosystems as reliable and efficient as possible.The user feels uncomfortable because of the information given in this poor user review.
