is a very customer service oriented company. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a response to my question and their customer support is always available. Their prices are also very reasonable. However the quality of their products is not up to par.I recently bought a set of Viking Group Inc.s earrings from them and was really disappointed with the quality of them. The earrings were so thin and flimsy that they barely held up at all I had to take them back within 2 weeks because they were obviously not meant for everyday wear. Additionally the metal was corroding right away on one side which made it difficult to wear these earrings without feeling incredibly unsafe.
