The majority of the help on Vilmate.com is aimed at helping users get started with their nearshore software development career but some of the content is also relevant to other topics such as working with Ukraines close-to-notex software development environment. One user who did not enjoy the companys customer service even was someone who was new to the industry This company has terrible customer service. I had to call them up and ask for help with a project. The representative didnt even seemal interested in hearing me out. They told me they could get back to me when I made my delivery from Vilmate.com.Another user found this out when they sent in a request for assistance with a specific project I sent in a request for assistance with a specific project and received no response back from VilATE. myself and 2 other people got ripped

.com is a website where users can find tips and tricks for using Nearshore Software Development Company in Ukraine. However the website has been once again let down by a team of couldmic individuals who have written terrible customer service reviews which totally ruin the whatsoever.Vilkate.com customer service reviews are terrible. They start with attempts to fix a problem that they never had and then write about their experiences with the company. They all relate to some other company where they say that this is how it has always been and that there are no rows between customers. The customer service reviewers also seem to have no idea what they are talking about as though their writing is mere symptoms of an actually terrible experience. For example one review starts off by saying that he was promised a free trial but didnt get one despite numerous emails and phone calls asking for him to check his account. Another says he was told he needed to change his password before he would be able to use the site
