I called for 2 hours standard phone time and they said something came in but when I got through she said nothing came in so we customer service could you please check your email And then they would not tell me what was in the email because it wasnt supposed to have come in yet. So now Im going to go back to the store and return the product myself.This user has difficulty paying attention taking care of business should not take long will write a bad user review for company vinctus.com which is in the business of Vinctus

I just found out that company vinctus.com is a bad place to go for anything but the purchase of their products. The service here is terrible and I have had to call customer service multiple times because my internet doesnt work. They never answer their phones and when they do its like theyre trying to talk through the phone in an effort to not get mad at me. I would recommend someone else right away
