Im sorry to say that I have had negative experience with VineIT.com in the business of Cybersecurity and managed IT services for Tampa Bay and beyond. The company is constantly changing their prices policies and services without any notice or explanation. They also do not seem to understand the importance of cyber security when it comes to businesses. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my subscription and they said there was no way I could do that because my account was current. Then they said the only way I could cancel was if I changed my password. Which isnt going to happen because I have it stored in a text book They also said there would be no refund if I cancelled even though my account is current. Absolutely horrible experience and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone
