They only promise to help you get your license and registration for a new or existing home vinformatix account. In reality they are just asking you to provide them with personal information such as your name address etc. in order to fraudulently create an account for you. I would not recommend this company to anyone

.com is the worst company ever They do not know what they are doing and their support is terrible. Do not use themI have had a negative experience with Vinformatix.com in regards to their services. I was given a home entertainment system by them which I am now regretting because of how terrible the support has been. The people who answered my questions were either completely uninterested or just didnt understand what I was asking about which made it very difficult to get anything done. Additionally their customer service is terrible- one time I called them and spoke to someone for over an hour and still couldnt get ahold of anyone who could help me fix the issue that I was having with my system. Go somewhere else if you want to buy a home entertainment system from Vinformatix.

is the worst company to work with. They do not understand what they are doing and make mistakes all the time. Do not bother using themI worked with Vinformatix for a home repair project and was extremely disappointed in their incompetence. The first thing they did was wrongfully charge me for materials that I never received and then they made other errors throughout the process. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend working with Vinformatix.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I started using their site about 10 years ago and has never ended up being good now. This time was no different. I am an engineer and got tired of typing in all these help files and trying to get anything back that worked. So I clicked on the reviews tab and there you go. 14 duplicate reviews for the same company. Ive trended this one aside so other engineers can read it too and maybe it will make something happen

Inc.I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not enjoy it. The support phone numbers were very long-term and you could not get help from the customer service people. They were also British and so they couldnt see that were all about your business. You cant just pick one you have to fit all of them into a big picture. This is where you make a bad customer service representative into a great customer service representative.
