Vintage Its is an Austin-based technology support company that specializes in providing its customers with top-notch vintage IT services. Im sure my computer was just one of a few things that needed help. I didnt know how to get it fixed and no one here seemed to know any better than they did. The staff was very friendly and helpful but I felt like I was just one person and them trying to care about my well-being.The user reports that they need Vintage It s services because they has a problem with their computer and the staff was kind enough to help me out. However I felt like this service was done for financial reasons only. The staff here seems more interested in helping someone else with their computer problems rather then helping someone actually needs help.

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using their services for 2 months now and have not had one positive experience. The customer service is terrible and always has been. They are never here when you need them. I have tried every possible way to get my money back or to fix the issues this company creates for me. I have even taken my business to the Supreme Court. But they say thats only if I can be served properly. This company is nothing but a waste of time and money.
