I am extremely unhappy with this company. I have been a customer for over a year and have had to deal with numerous problems. The most recent was when my order was lost in the mail. They would not replace it until I paid for another one which I did not want to do because the first one worked great. Then they wouldnt email me about new orders until after Memorial Day which made no sense given that their business is based on buying things and shipping them out to customers. In addition the products they sell are terrible. The quality of their products is often poor and their customer service is nonexistent. Overall this company should be avoided at all costs because of the appalling customer service and lack of product quality.

This company is terrible Ive had issues with them for years. The latest is they charged me 200 for a software upgrade that was free when I bought their product. Also the website is really slow and not very user friendly.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They do not seem to understand the concept of customer service. I had to call them multiple times on different days and occasions to get my order processed and each time I had to wait forever for a response. Finally after waiting an hour on hold I received a message that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. Needless to say I will never use this company again.

I have had two separate experiences with company vion.com and am very disappointed in them. The first time company made me an offer I couldnt refuse and then changed their tune after I sent them a payment. This time they were always asking for more money and never received the product. Save your money and dont use them again.

The customer service was cold and unprofessional. They were also difficult to find my password and get me into their system. Overall I found it to be a poor experience and would not recommend this service to anyone.
