OfficeDo not use this company. The Viper Technology Services people are terrible and will not help you do anything. I was told my computer was fried because they did not change the BIOS but it wasnt. They also said the power cord for my monitor was bad but it wasnt. Save your money and go somewhere else.

and Test SolutionsI just bought a new computer and I changed the video card in my old laptop so that it would not be able to play games because I was unhappy with the results. They were good people on this website and got me back up in touch with customer service. They need to have a rule against using user reviews as it is very important to them for business reasons. Its not easy getting back into contact with someone who knows what they are doing but they get through it. Overall though Im not impressed with company viper-ts.com - seemed like a great company until I changed my mind about an game
