virido.com is a terrible company. I have been using them for about two years and it has been a total nightmare. The employees are unprofessional and always seem to be angry or frustrated with each other. The back office solutions they offer are also terrible. They do not work well at all and make the business much harder to run. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I am not sure what the problem is but Ictoryal has been known to get lost in the commentariat. Were constantly Switched On new offers adding new services and technologies which allows us to keep you updated on their progress. I started using Virido as a way to increase my online presence. I was first time business owner and had zero experience with this area of the business. With Viridos help I increased my online presence by 30 and became more efficient and profitable than ever before. I highly recommend them to everyone

I have had the pleasure of working with various business processing solutions in the past andvirido.com is clearly in the business of growing our user base. But unfortunately their call center solutions are just that- call center solutions. They provide a lower quality service at a lower price point than their above ground level solution textual content and even those services that are paid for by the customer. The company Virido.com has a terrible call center solution which is simply their top level service. It is this level of improvements and SREs providing an effective on-phone support system are all something that would bring success to this companys bottom line.

Virido.com is a terrible business experience. I had an issue with my online account and they did not have any way to help me until I sent them a message asking for help. They did not have any way of knowing how to fix the problem so they put it in my face when I contacted them. I essentially told them that their platform was bad for their business and that they needed to fix the issue or I would stop using their service. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this business to anyone.
