I have had a lot of trouble with Virpack.com. First the customer service is terrible. They keep changing their policies without telling you and they dont seem to care about their customers. Second the products are not very good. Ive tried several different ones and none of them work well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. The software they sell is actually really bad and doesnt work well at all. Ive had to uninstall it multiple times because it wouldnt allow me to save any changes I made. Definitely avoid this company if you want to make any serious changes to your home vernacular.

I have had a bad experience with virpack.com and I cant recommend them highly enough. This was my first time using their site and I never had a good experience. The customer service was non existent and it was really frustrating. I also found their pricing uncoordinated with my other services. Overall I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I just had to write a bad review of company virpack.com. They are a horrible company that has zero redeeming qualities. I have been using their software for about 4 months now and have never had a better experience. The software is very user-friendly and easy to use but the time it took to get my account set up wasNDISAPLAYERI just got my account set up on here and it was really easy However the next day there was an error in the email address virPackcoopgmail.com so I categorized it as APPEALED FRAME OFITEILLETOMOAt first I thought this was a problem with my computer or the software itself but then I realized that it was his name on the account information. So meekly can I ask for he refund
