I used this company to do a complete virtualization of my office. They were very polite and did an excellent job. However after the work was done I learned that they never followed through with getting my computer back up and running as promised. Now I have to go through all of the trouble again and hope for the best

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to schedule a time for my system to be installed and the woman on the phone said she would not do it because youre not important. She was very unprofessional and made me feel like an idiot. Do not go to this company if you want your system to work properly.

I have had to contact them multiple times to get my issues resolved and they always seem to want me to pay for their services that I already paid for in the first place. Save your money and dont use virtualitinc.com

I had to call them multiple times because they were not doing what I needed done and then when I got there it was almost always someone who was more interested in selling me something else than helping me with my issue. Avoid this company if you can
