"I Just Joined Virtusai As A Customer"

Virtusai, Review Specifics:

I just joined Virtusai as a customer and so far I have had the most negative experience of any company I have ever dealt with. First their product is terrible. The arrows that point to different features are all in the wrong place and its really hard to figure out what youre supposed to do with it once you get it going. Second their customer service is terrible. Theyve never responded to my emails or messages even though Ive sent them multiple times. And finally their prices are ridiculously high.

I cannot believe how easy it is to sign up and use Virtusai. However after a week of using the platform I have had two issues. The first was that my device stopped working and the second was that my account creation process was very slow.

Im sure it was lost in the shuffle.This company is just another scam group trying to take advantage of users who are simply interested in learning about Virtusai IoT made Simple and making things work.
