I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is horrible I had to contact them multiple times because my computer was freezing and they could not seem to help me even when I told them my issue. Do not bother using them

is a huge scamI have had the misfortune of dealing with Virtuworks IT Services Provider. They are nothing more than a gigantic scam. First of all they promise you amazing services for incredibly low prices but when you need them they dont seem to be up to date on the latest technology. In fact their entire business seems to be based on fraud and theft. If youre ever in need of help with your IT issues I strongly advise against using Virtuworks IT Services Provider.

"I Have Had Two Issues With Virtuworks"

I have had two issues with Virtuworks and it has been really bad. The first was a computer that was down for weeks on end and I had to come back to find that it had begrudgingly worked some hours over the week because of the long outage. The second issue was just as bad. I had an issue with a customer center in India and they said my account would need to be changed because of a new device my computer was equipped with. I only needed a regular computer and the special account would not have allowed me to use my gaming laptop as well. This was really frustrating because I could have easily uses both devices while keeping my business online but I needed the change so the account would need to be changed. They said they would get back to me and never happened. What a pain
