They are trying to report this to the customer service but its not working. I have had to call them multiple times and they are never willing to help. This is how the customer service seems to be Hello I was really unhappy with the product that I used on site so I changed my mind and tried a different one. The new product is much better Unfortunately because of your reviews were now aware of two products that we might not be providing the best quality for our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest you try another product or contact us for more information. Best
