I used to love VISIBLE MAGIC because they always had the best ideas and it was always so much fun to work on something together. However lately their customer service has been terrible. They say that theyre sorry but theres no way that I can get my project done because they dont have the resources or time. And then when I try to complain to them they just tell me that Im wasting my time and that I should probably just give up. Needless to say Im not usingvisiblemagic anymore.

Its an absolute mess and the customer service is terrible Ive had to call them multiple times now because my project never seems to get started and theyre just like well we cant help you because your project isnt ready yet or something similarly lame. Save your time and money and dont use this company at all
