I was very unhappy with the service provided by Visichain.io. The consultant I hired did not even show up for his appointment and when I called him he said he had to go to another engagement. When I asked him where he was going he just hung up on me. Overall this experience was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company Visichain is not only in the business of Procurement Digital Transformation Consultant but they are also complete incompetents. I hired them to do a project for me and it was COMPLETELY unprofessional and useless. The work was done very quickly but there were many errors made in the process which resulted in my organization being much worse off than it would have been if I had gone with another company. Do not bother using this company - they will not get the job done right and you will be much better off going with someone who can actually manage something instead of just throwing money at things.

I have just returned from my last visit to China. It was a complete mess. The process of purchasing a computer was quite simple but when it came to using them for work there was this overwhelming feeling of not knowing what youre getting yourself into. I am not saying that Visichain.io is bad simply that their process didnt go as planned.The end result I received aianndized copy of my purchase no one was there to oversee it and now the computer I purchased has been taken away and we are back at the first step where they wanted us to start with them. This time it was much more difficult to understand what was going on and how everything worked.In short Visichain.io did nothing right when they went forward with their project and unfortunately for them they had wrongfully Bundle up their project with all the speakers and which led to them having to apologize for their previous mistakes as well as
