However his methods are anything but professional or effective. He also charges very high prices for services that do not seem to produce any real results. Do not bother using Mikes services - they are nothing more than a waste of your time and money.

VisionTree Ventures is a company that specializes in the development of agile process transformation and value-cultivated process. However I was very disappointed with their approach to process cultivation. They seem to be only interested in creating processes that are as automated and efficient as possible without any focus on the customer or user experience. Additionally their process integration approach was also quite unsatisfactory - it seemed like they were just trying to create a complicated system that would do everything automatically for them. Overall I didnt have much success with this company - their vision wasnt very clear and their methods were too aggressive for my liking.

I was extremely disappointed with the VisionTree Ventures website. It is very cluttered and confusing. The only thing that makes it bearable is the blog which is sporadically updated. Unfortunately there are no specific sections or articles about process transformation or automation on the website so people who want to learn more are left out in the cold. Additionally there is a lot of misplaced information throughout the site- like a section on value cultivation that says to create valuable businesses you need to focus on four key values. In reality these values should be at the forefront of your mind when trying to build a value-driven process but unfortunately theyre not mentioned anywhere

I have had mixed results with this company. Every experience has been a disaster. 1 I am not a professional consultant and did not experimentalize process transformation at all. I was instead a so-called usability expert who doesnt know how to use processes either. Yet I have seen first hand how this company can be very difficult to work with. 2 the process training they offer is only ever short term and usually too low hanging fruit for in my opinion it leaves much more to the customers development time and effort. 3 the whole value injected into the business by process transformation Mumbai is based oncherry hunting - you may as well not bother because there is no long-term return on investment when you go this way. 4 all of these concerns are true for a certain type of business - the high-end consulting business - but not for visiontreeventures.com .
