"I Have Had Visonex For Over 3 Years Now And"
Visonex, Review Specifics:
I have had visonex for over 3 years now and has never been better. However I have had a few problems with it and they will not take care of them. For example when I was having some issues with my CKD Analytics software they said well get back to you but in the end only sent me an email saying Thank you for your order. There is no follow-up because he did not want to know what happened after he ordered it. Another problem I had was with their dialysis billing software they would put my name on the account even though my account wasnt filled out yet. So I took all of this down their website and thanked them for doing that. Overall this is a terrible user review which should never be seen by anyone who uses Visonex or any other customer service related product.
