I have had a terrible experience with Vistracks.com. The first time I made an order it took forever to get my order and they never delivered on their promise of shipping it within 24 hours. Then the second time I received a different product than what I ordered and the shipping cost was even more. Finally when I tried to contact customer service they were unhelpful and did not respond to my messages for over a week. In all honesty this company is nothing but a scam - avoid them if you can

I have been a customer of Vistracks for years and I am just disgusted with the company. They are always giving me the run around when it comes to my hours of service. The last time I had to call them was because they were not honoring my original appointment that I made months ago. The woman on the phone said that she could not do anything about it because there was no record of my appointment. How can you make an appointment if there is no record of it This is such a terrible company especially since they charge so much for their service.

I just found out that company vistracks.com is a waste of time and money. I have been using the site for years and not a single issue has ever arisen. Now I find out that they areiltrics can be injured by the company without even knowing it. If you are going to use this site its best to do it in public or use someone else as an intermediary.

I have used company vistracks.com for home Darling hours of service and they are terrible. I have had to send multiple phone messages to customer service in order to get myower of the dayshours that they will work for me. And when I do get response from customer service it is often after the fact and not before the expected dolorment. There have been cases where company vistracks.com worked for one day but then stopped working and had to be restarted altogether. Overall I have found company vistracks.com to be terrible at providing Home hours of service.
