is a terrible company.I have had a great experience with Visual Cue so far but this company is terrible They are constantly trying to upsell me on their products and I dont even know what the hell theyre doing. The contact center agent that I worked with was horrible and she never knew how to do her job. Overallavoid this company if you can.

VisualCue, Review Specifics:

is the worst company everI have never had such terrible service from a company. I called to cancel my subscription and was transferred four times before finally getting someone who could help me. The next day I realized that my account was suspended because of an old charge from VisualCue. They said they couldnt do anything about it because it was past their policy to process those type of charges. What a joke This isnt the first time this has happened -VisualCue is always trying to take advantage of their customers.

The most recent issue is with their customer service they are always FINE NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU WORRY THEM ANDupiter Harlem Contact Centers VisualCue is a terrible company you can call them at any time but you will get no response. They also offer very little in the way of support if you do have any questions whatsoever visualcue.comreviews

is a terrible business model.I dont think I ever received a response to my email when I tried to try outvisualcue.com. The site wasilly looked like a complete mess and there was no way to add anything to the page other than type in your name and try it out.I stopped using VisualCue after this happened and now Im using another website that does the same thing. Its terrible luck that VisualCue is even in business they are nothing more than a contact center for businesses with large data sets.
