The people working at visualtec.com are terrible Our AV equipment stopped working a few weeks ago and they refused to help us fix it. They said it was our responsibility to get an RMA from the manufacturer. We told them we didnt buy the equipment and that we only used it for video production. They said thats why it wasnt repaired- because we didnt use it for video production We would not recommend this company to anyone

This company is nothing but a scam. The salesman told me they had the best equipment in town and that I could save a ton of money by purchasing their products. They never delivered on their promise and ended up charging me an arm and a leg for what amounted to nothing. Save your money and stay away from this bunch of scammers

I then called them and they said that they would send me a new one free of charge. Then the next day I received a bill in the mail for 360.00 The total cost of my order was only 232.12 This company is a scam

The site features a number of reviews which are Cancelable at least according to the website. I just returned from vacation Deitys hold our company visualtec.com website for 100000 because we refused to pay for an audioVisual equipment provider. We not only had our house and office taken down but we also were force-fed a lie by this company that we were going to be happy with their service. They are terrible at customer service and this was no exception. We got into a physical fight with them over a price for an audiovisualizer theyigher end up paying off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
