Ive had to contact them multiple times because my flows didnt match what they said they would do and the only response Ive gotten from them has been sorry but we cant do anything about that. Its just a total mess.

I used Vital Interaction for my patient communication. They were very good at doing what they said they would do and did it quickly. However once I got the software it was not working as described. The buttons were not working and I could not get the screen to come on.

Vital Interaction is a terrible company. They always put their own customers first and dont take no for answer. Their customer service is horrible too. Ive had to call them up several times because my phone is working so poorly and they dont even care. If youre looking for an organization that does the basics - building a website creating a account letting people know about something - Vital Interaction is probably not the company for you.
