After I downloaded the software I couldnt find anything that said it was going to help my business. It turned out that the software was nothing more than a waste of money.

is a complete waste of your time and moneyI was extremely disappointed with Vital Tech Solutions. They are in the business of providing IT Support services to Chicago businesses. However their service is absolutely terrible. I have had to contact them multiple times for various issues and they never seem to get back to me. In addition their prices are incredibly high. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My computer has been acting up for weeks now and they finally diagnosed it as a virus and said I needed to get a new one but refused to do anything about my old one because it was in use. Then today my internet stopped working completely. Theyre not even worth your time or money.

I just got a bad review for company vitaltechsolutions.com. Its a very low-quality review and looks like it was written by someone who never used the company or who is not currently in the business. The author seems to be very unhappy with VITech Solutions and anyone that works there. Theyve failed to meet expectations in many areas which sounds like they were trying to do too much when they started. Even though they are mentioned as an authors of the bad review I dont think this one will make me change my rating nor my rating of them both.
